ELITE summer
training CAMP

This camp is designed for intermediate to advanced players looking for the extra edge to take them to the next level. We will focus on footwork, movement, and fitness to complement your regular tennis training. Camp will feature 2 hours of targeted ball machine-infused footwork drills, as well as live hitting drills and execution, teaching you how to hit every shot with the proper footwork. We’ll work on improving your positioning, speed, and agility, while also increasing your movement efficiency. Athletes will also have 1 hour of tennis-specific strength and conditioning and injury prevention application to maximize results and overall performance.

 

Our coaching staff will be led by Coach Manny Edwards (MTPS, TPS, TPT) along with multiple collegiate tennis players and guest coaches, ensuring you receive expert guidance from professionals with both tennis and fitness expertise. With real-time video analysis and data-driven insights, you’ll get personalized feedback to make immediate improvements to your game.
